Jess is absolutely amazing. She doesn’t just treat — she truly thinks about what will help you achieve your long-term aesthetic goals in the most natural and flattering way. Her knowledge is outstanding, and she has a real gift for spotting exactly what will make the biggest difference while still keeping everything beautifully subtle.

I’ve had full-face and under-eye skin boosters with Jess, and the results have honestly exceeded my expectations. My skin looks fresher, healthier, and more supported, but still completely like me. Her technique is gentle, precise, and she explains everything so clearly that I always feel completely confident in her hands.

Jessica did my polynucleotide treatment. Approaching 30 saying I'd never have work done. Hitting almost 40 was a completely different story. Having an enjoyable yet demanding job, it puts a strain on the face so wanted to go down the 'as natural as possible' route. Jessica advised on treatment plan with a pre-treatment assessment and consultation. I'd done my own research but it's always handy and recommended to have a valuable face to face first which is what I appreciated.
I hate pain but Jessica put me at ease with a no nonsense approach (with a stress ball) and booking was easy. Did it hurt? Yes because I'm a wimp at times but was it worth it? Absolutely.
Each treatment I'd still dread the needles but Jessica worked promptly and efficiently to give me a great result. The first treatment I didn't see too much of a difference, second treatment I started to notice 3 weeks after and 3rd treatment was almost instantaneous. I had the polynucleotide treatment and would recommend Jessica not just for her mannerism but her skills, advice and in depth knowledge enough to educate you if you're unsure. Ask questions and she'll give you an answer. Not just a fluffy answer but in depth. One thing I particularly liked was that she was in her own environment and even whilst proceeding she was casually singing along to the radio with authenticity.
