The process with Jodie is very friendly and she puts you at ease. Her treatment room is very clean, she takes her health and safety serious. And explains well the procedure of what she is going to do. It’s private, it’s a nice environment, and never felt like I was being rushed out of the door. I spent a long time chatting to Jodie before booking the appointment and I found her to be polite, friendly & professional. There was no pressure to go ahead with the treatment if I wasn’t 100% sure which I really appreciated. On the day I had the treatment Jodie made me feel calm, she explained everything and talked me through all the stages of the process.
