This was my first time getting filler done anywhere other than my lips — I’d had my lips done once a few years ago, so I had some idea of what to expect. But the experience I had with FillFlawless was on a completely different level — more refined, more personalised, and honestly, just better in every way.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The environment was warm, calming, and professional, and she instantly made me feel like I was in safe hands. I booked in for facial balancing (2.2ml) and was a little nervous beforehand — mainly about pain, and whether the results would still look natural. But I needn’t have worried.

First of all: I LOVE the results. My chin and lips are in perfect proportion now, and my entire face just looks more harmonious — lifted, balanced, and refined, while still very much me. It’s subtle but impactful, which is exactly what I was hoping for. When she says “facial balancing”, she really means it. These weren’t dramatic changes, just the right enhancements to bring out my best features.

As someone who is a needle-phobe and extremely sensitive to pain, I was genuinely surprised by how manageable the treatment was. She used an incredibly fine needle — the tiniest I’ve seen — and her technique is so gentle and considered that the discomfort was minimal, even though there were multiple injection points. She even gave me a stress ball to hold, which helped!

What really stood out to me though was the level of care and communication throughout the whole process. She explained every single step before doing it, talked me through what she was assessing and adjusting, and checked in constantly to make sure I felt good about what was happening. I was given a mirror at each stage so I could see how things were developing in real time. She asked my opinion, listened to what I wanted, and then offered her expert, impartial advice based on what would look best for my face — no pressure, no upselling, just pure professionalism and passion for her craft.

It never felt rushed or transactional — I felt empowered and genuinely cared for. You can tell she really loves what she does and wants every client to walk away feeling confident, beautiful, and heard.

To say I’m happy is an understatement — I feel beyond beautiful and it’s all thanks to FillFlawless. I already can’t wait to return. She’s warm, accommodating, incredibly skilled, and brings such a lovely energy to the experience. This was easily one of the best beauty treatments I’ve ever had.
