I feel like I hit the jackpot with Frankie. It was my first time meeting with her, and I understandably when we go to someone new we are nervous. BUT the moment I sat in the room, I just knew I was in the best hands.
Frankie has such a calm, professional energy, and you can tell just how much care she puts into her work. As I was talking, I could see her studying my face, already visualising what she was going to do and not in a rushed or routine way. She was paying attention, not just to what I was saying, but to who I was and what would suit me best.

She listened to exactly what I wanted, and said, “I completely understand. I’ve got you,” I believed in her and she delivered exactly what I had in mind. They look so natural, the shape is gorgeous. I’ve also had two rounds of botox with Frankie (3 areas including a subtle botox brow lift). Im so happy with my results - I still have some soft movement in my brows (I requested this for a more natural feel) but the lift is amazing - the difference this subtle change had made to my whole appearance and how I feel about myself is huge.
