I always get a little nervous visiting the dentist. Today I met the hygenist and she was brilliant! She kept talking to me throughout and made me feel calm and relaxed and gave ne great advice that im appreciative of. I even got a filling done by the brilliant Rachel. Absolutley brilliant service and team. Thank you

Had an emergency extraction appointment while on holiday in the area Costin Lupu and his partner were so reassuring and made me feel at easy .
What a lovely practice and would definitely recommend this practice .

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Family Dental Practice.

I made an appointment specifically to address an issue with my tooth. However, the practice scheduled it as a general check appointment, and despite my efforts to explain my concern, nothing was done to address the specific issue I was having. Instead, I was given another appointment, which I tried to reschedule to fit my availability. Unfortunately, I was not offered any suitable options, which was frustrating.

Additionally, the receptionist I interacted with was quite rude and dismissive. She didn’t even try to listen to my concerns properly or offer any helpful solutions. Instead, her attitude felt unwelcoming, as if she was simply trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. It was disheartening to be treated that way, especially when seeking help for a genuine problem.

I understand that leaving this feedback may not change anything, but I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it encourages better communication, professionalism, and courtesy in the future. Patients deserve to be listened to and treated with respect. Show less »

Peter takes really good care of me. Had a bad experience in the past which made me really anxious to visit a dentist again. Am very comfortable and well looked after at Roseberry Dental Practice. The staff are efficient and friendly and very easy to book appointments.

As always, the staff are super friendly and endeavour to solve all problems promptly. Anthony, my dentist is a God-send - knows how to deal with my Fibromyalgia and explains in clear, concise terms all treatments. I Wouldn't swap him for the world!

Staff are wonderful. Welcoming and calming, they handle my mental health illness brilliantly. The surgery is bright and cheerful and really helps to put you at ease. They are excellent for nervous patients and are really caring and understanding. Good access for disabled patients with a lift and nice wide corridors.
