I had a wonderful experience with Lady Helen at Fake it, Aesthetics & BeautyLtd.
I was impressed at how lovely the salon is and how scrupulously clean it is.
I was at the salon for ear piercings.
I was told of forms that needed filling out for insurance purposes and was talked through them. They were pretty straightforward and I was happy to sign them. I was also asked about any contraindications that would mean I could not have the piercings done but I had none of those conditions. I’m pleased this was all gone through with me as it shows this salon and this lady was making everything as safe as possible for her clients.
Lady Helen talked through the protocols and process and showed me that everything was sterilised. The jewellery came in the sterilisation packets and there was a huge range to choose from.
I was shown where the placement of the piercing would be and before the piercing took place Lady Helen got me to check that it was exactly where I wanted it before piercing.
It was quick and relatively painless and the placement and jewellery is perfect.
I was given directions for aftercare and a bottle of solution to apply.
I was told if there were any issues that I could message or ring and Lady Helen would always be there to help.
I highly recommend Lady Helen and her business. She was professional as was the salon and she is so friendly and put me at ease straight away. I will definitely be going back soon. Show less »

Helen is quick to respond to messages, she’s fun and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I’ve been having my eyebrows done for years with temporary tattoos and Helen is by far the best. I love them thank you x

I’m so happy with the fabulous service I received from Lady Helen. She removed several horrible skin tags under my arms that I have been really self conscious about for a while. Helen really is the best, I’ve been travelling from Scotland for 4 years to her for my microblading! I absolutely love my eyebrows every time, the shape is perfect, totally compliments my face and she makes me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone who wants fabulous eyebrows!
