There is an extremely welcoming atmosphere and environment and each step is clearly explained, alongside a lovely/friendly chat. Faith was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Before starting the procedure, she took the time to explain everything clearly and created a relaxed environment where I felt completely comfortable asking questions.

I had the anti-blemish facial, and throughout the treatment, Faith walked me through each step, explaining the purpose of every product she used. She also gave me a heads-up whenever I might experience a tingling or stinging sensation, which made me feel well looked after and at ease.

It was honestly the best facial I’ve ever had. Faith’s passion and dedication to her craft truly shine through in her service. What stood out even more is that she doesn’t just focus on the surface-level benefits of skincare—she genuinely cares about internal wellness too, like gut health, which is so refreshing.

To top it all off, she offered me snacks, gifted me a lovely apple and ginger shot, and even a facial product to take home. It was such a thoughtful and holistic experience—Faith goes above and beyond. Definitely making her a part of my regular beauty treatments ! Show less »
