I suffered medical negligence, the thread treatment didn't work, the follow up was cancelled even after I brought up the complications I was having. If you value your health and pocket do not use this company. I suffered medical negligence, the thread treatment didn't work, the follow up was cancelled even after I brought up the complications I was having. One of the threads was left sticking out and eventually had to be pulled. I have been scarred from this. I had absolutely no results despite spending £1000 on the treatment. I was offered a £500 refund after alot of time wasting and stress, this was ment to take 30 days to process, I'm still waiting and it's not been done and been told the person who does refunds is having pregnancy issues and has been off. Excuse after excuse and I will be taking this further and going public if it doesn't gets sorted out. So please do not use this company, they'll take your money and don't care about your safety. She said she would get back to me, but has since ignored my messages. I’m very disappointed, especially as I now have to wait 12 weeks to have the treatment redone elsewhere — and my wedding is in just two months. The lack of response and accountability felt dismissive and unprofessional. It seems they care more about profit than customer satisfaction. Save your money and go somewhere reputable where you can trust the practitioner and the results. Show less »

The company has various training centres. Please do not use for training or as a model. The trainess and most of the staff are not medically qualified. The company has various training centres. Please do not use for training or as a model. The trainess and most of the staff are not medically qualified. If you're left with uneven lumpy lips from fillers you'll be made to feel that it's all on your head and patronised for using yourself as a model. My lips are uneven and lumpy. I was told that they'd dissolve them but there wasn't anyone in the country to write the prescription.
I'd 4 students apply the filler who weren't trained to professional enough level to perform the procedure.
The Botox I received didnt work. Even after top up.
