I came to Terry after I had been struggling with my skin for a few years and verious products hadn't worked. I had never had a facial before or any treatment for my skin, so naturally I was quite nervous about coming to see Terry.
Making a booking was really easy and simple and the communication was excellent, Terry is very approachable and the reminders before appointments are always a bonus!
From arriving and during the sessions Terry was extremely professional, gentle, informative and created a relaxing and calm environment.
Terry pays a great details to understanding your skin and skincare routine and will do treatment based on your needs and wants and will be honest with you about how much treatment you need and will never upsell you something that he thinks you do not need or expensive products that are out some people skin care budget. During the appointment he explains everything and has a wealth of knowledge on skincare and will provide detailed after care details.
Most importantly, my skin has improved so much during my course of treatment with Terry which has boosted my confidence so much and I don't even need to wear foundation now as my skin is so lovely, clear, soft and hydated. I have a better understanding on my own skin and the needs of my skin as well as what products to use.
I am so pleased with my results as they are better than what I expected! I could not ask for a better result!
