This owner of the business (called Fatou bin corr) scammed my sister who paid £963 for laser hair removal. My sister hasn't received any treatment yet, she only did the patch test which showed her skin became irritated and itchy So she asked for a refund and the lady refused. This owner of the business (called Fatou bin corr) scammed my sister who paid £963 for laser hair removal. My sister hasn't received any treatment yet, she only did the patch test which showed her skin became irritated and itchy So she asked for a refund and the lady refused. The owner refuses to communicate properly to avoid issuing a refund. We have contacted the bank to get the money back and if that fails we will make a County Court claim to get the money. The owner is very unprofessional, she will block you and then unblock you and waste your time, shes very rude immature, and unprofessional. If I were the customer I would never approach this business. We will be fighting this in court as the lady thinks she can scam young people out of their hard earned money. I will also be reporting this business and person to care quality commission because her business is unethical. Show less »
