I have never been to the clinic, but this is a review of Customer Service of their Products that I ordered onilne to ship to Canada. They took the order on Friday, when I reached out 1 min later, AI responded nothing can be changed as it was processed - untrue. Then I left an email to cancel one item or whole order. Nothing happened over the weekend. Then I get shipping notification on Monday and hours after that an email stating too bad, we have already shipped the items. I do not understand how they processed and shipped when I literally emailed a minute after placing the order! I will now have to pay the duty and costs and then shipping items back. This is terrible customer service. I will never use them again. Show less »

I have been a client at F.T.F since 2017 when I was 47 years old. This is the first and only aesthetics clinic I have ever used. I initially went for a consultation due to my skin aging significantly due to the menopause, it was becoming very wrinkly, losing volume and elasticity and starting to sag. The team/ladies who are all amazingly professional and down to earth and such positive fun ladies, reassured me with the best advice and which treatments to go for, for what I wanted to achieve. They have always looked after me, and have done since I first went and all the way through my skincare journey. I would never try a different clinic as I have always been overwhelmed with the results the procedures give me. My favourite 2 are the fillers and Endymed FSR and Intensif but have tried many treatments. I use all their products and gifted samples and they have taught and educated me how to look after my skin in between treatments such as using newa toning device and the microneedling, healthy eating and hydration and covering up with SPF50 all throughout the year.
