Scammers keep away from this clinic I have paid up front for skin tag removal and have spent the last two weeks trying to get an appointment however I keep getting ignored by message and when i call the company I can hardly hear anything due to alot of static over the phone I would not recommend this place if you wanna pay for a treatment and be refused service then carry on but if you don't want to get scammed by them choose a different clinic this ain't acceptable. The receptionist was cold / not socializing at all and the wait felt awkward. The receptionist was cold / not socializing at all and the wait felt awkward. There were no consent forms sent by email prior to the aesthetics treatment, which meant wether I liked it or not had to go ahead after reading about potential side-effects of the procedure in the paper consent forms sent handed to me at the time of my appointment because I already paid in full. The treatment room was odd full of all sorts of items - it needs a good declutter and even a new decor. The Doctor was chewing gum through the entire treatment and whilst talking to me as well. This disgusting company was paid by myself on two separate occasions to dissolve a pathetically attempted tear trough filler procedure carried out by Stuart Logan at dermoperfection the mailbox Birmingham. This disgusting company was paid by myself on two separate occasions to dissolve a pathetically attempted tear trough filler procedure carried out by Stuart Logan at dermoperfection the mailbox Birmingham.
None of the filler has been dissolved which was the result previously guaranteed in the initial consultation by the so called medical professional working there, they will not answer the phone or reply to the multiple messages they have received or to the complaint email sent either.
The standards of this business fall way below minimum, basically none existent which has caused myself to currently be working with no win no fee solicitors to bring a claim against them for medical negligence.
The only advice I can give to anyone considering using their services is to avoid this company 100%. Show less »
