Had terrible service. Had a treatment booked and paid on a Saturday morning around 11am. Around 9am I was contacted via instagram to ask if it was possible to reschedule as she had to do something for her mum. This message wasn’t picked up until 10.15am and when I had already driven down from London to Kent. I messaged back straight away to say I was just around the corner and changing it wasn’t ideal as I was going away. Steph read my message there and then but didn’t respond so I continued the last bit of my journey assuming it would go ahead. I arrived and rung the ring doorbell and messaged/called her phone whilst sitting outside like an idiot for 45 mins. Turns out she had left out even though she hadn’t heard from me and then when she did, she knew I had driven down from London to Kent and didn’t bothered to tell me she’d left. Her initial message was a question of if it could be moved…..which it couldn’t. I continued to call and message and it was clear she was cutting my calls as some would ring out and some cut off. I was ignored all day with no explanation and then finally received a rude unapologetic message the next day to say her phone had been left in a taxi all day which was obviously lies. I should have been compensated for my time and petrol, but instead she said she would refund me as a gesture of goodwill 😵‍💫 the customer service received was unbelievable. I work 6 days a week and spent half of my Saturday driving to and from Kent and sitting outside her house in hope there was a reasonable explanation as to why she had seen I was already in Kent and let me continue that last leg to her. The fact she tried to cancel by sending an insta message just a short time my appointment is bizarre and not even a follow up text or call when I didn’t respond amazes me. To then read my message and ghost me is shocking! Also…..I had to ask for an apology! What a horrendous way to run a business. You also done something similar to my friend who had paid for child care and you cancelled an hour before. You’re not the type of business I want to give my money to. Show less »
