She greeted me at the door and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and approachable. She took the time to carefully assess my skin and gave me honest, knowledgeable advice. She even went the extra mile by personally sending me the recommended products afterward, which made everything so much easier and avoided any confusion.
Kiran recommended the BioRePeel treatment, and I returned to have it done. From start to finish, she was extremely professional while still being warm and reassuring. She explained the entire process thoroughly, answered all my questions, and provided clear aftercare advice. I noticed results immediately, and since then I’ve received so many compliments on how good my skin looks.

From the very first appointment she’s been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She always checks in after treatments, makes sure I’m healing well, and never makes anything feel rushed or transactional. That follow up care really matters, and it’s rare.

I’ve had quite a few treatments with her now, and the trust I have in her is huge. I don’t trust easily, especially when it comes to my face, but she’s earned that completely. She listens, she’s honest, and she genuinely wants the best outcome for you. Not trends. Not pressure. Just what actually suits you.
On top of that, she’s so friendly and approachable.

Appointments feel comfortable, relaxed, and easy. She’s also incredibly accommodating, which I really appreciate with a busy life.

I had my first appointment with Kiran yesterday and she was nothing but welcoming. She made me feel totally ease and we had a lovely chat prior to my treatment which helped reassure me. I was quite nervous, but Kiran was so gentle. I did not feel a thing. She sent me after-care advice and checked in with me following the treatment. Highly recommend!
