I started treatment with Este Medical Group at the Nottingham branch, specifically the PRF treatment. I have now completed my second appointment, both with the lovely Arousa.
For my first appointment, she walked me through the entire process and explained exactly how it worked. This was helpful for my peace of mind, as it enabled me to completely understand what was happening and the benefits of the treatment. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but Arousa had no problem answering them all and remained professional throughout.
During my initial PRF appointment, she kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Afterward, she explained what I should do for my aftercare. Before I left, she made sure I understood everything and encouraged me to book my next appointment.
Today, I completed my second PRF appointment with Arousa, and the experience was just as professional and comfortable as the first. She is a very cheerful person and is always smiling. My experience so far has been pain-free, and I am looking forward to my next visit.
I would also like to mention Raja, with whom I completed my consultation. He was also amazing, and I would not be undergoing any treatment without him.
