​I started treatment with Este Medical Group at the Nottingham branch, specifically the PRF treatment. I have now completed my second appointment, both with the lovely Arousa.

​For my first appointment, she walked me through the entire process and explained exactly how it worked. This was helpful for my peace of mind, as it enabled me to completely understand what was happening and the benefits of the treatment. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but Arousa had no problem answering them all and remained professional throughout.

​During my initial PRF appointment, she kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Afterward, she explained what I should do for my aftercare. Before I left, she made sure I understood everything and encouraged me to book my next appointment.

​Today, I completed my second PRF appointment with Arousa, and the experience was just as professional and comfortable as the first. She is a very cheerful person and is always smiling. My experience so far has been pain-free, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I have been going to Este medical centre for hair loss/thinning for almost 3 months and am seeing positive results. Atousa is a very friendly and knowledgeable person in what she does. From my very first visit she explained everything in detail, answered any questions I had, and made me feel at ease as I was very nervous. I would recommend Este Clinic and Atousa to anyone looking into this kind of treatment.
The reception staff girls, Aza and Naisha (hope I've spelled your names correctly 🙈) are attentive to any questions I've had and always greet me with a warm welcome. Also, Shaz in the Laser treatment room upstairs is friendly and is always happy to offer advice on how best to use and care for the derma roller at home. Im still having treatment but I've already noticed and feel excited about all the baby hairs that are growing!!
