I visited the clinic a few months with the intentions of possibility of having a hair transplant but after my initial consultation with Harj I was convinced to get it done with Este. From start to finish the process was done professionally and made to feel very comfortable. Charlie made sure of this. All my needs were met and the aftercare is exceptional. On my recent routine visit to the clinic I unexpectedly met the CEO Sam Cinkir. Although I was happy with the results he still felt there was room for improvement so arranged surgery on the very same day to take place. As expected the surgery went well and I was at home within 3hrs. Thank you to Sam and all his team and look forward to see the results in 4 months time.

The procedure was very smooth, with only a little pain for a minute or two at the start , after that, it was virtually painless. The clinic itself was spotless, and the team made me feel comfortable throughout. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.

From the moment I arrived at Este Birmingham I was treated with care professionalism and most of all I was made to feel relaxed. A young man who was a true gentleman took excellent care of myself and shown me around the clinic and told me in great detail what the procedure was going to involve and what steps the operation would happen in. After this I was introduced to the Doctor who was very professional and personal. Once I had the consultation with the doctor the young man gave me a super new hair cut which I really like 👍 then I was taken to the private recovery rooms which was laid out very stylish but practical. It had everything you would expect in high quality clinic it was perfect. Once I change into my theatre gown I was welcomed by the nursing staff who were all friendly and very professional they truly did take care of myself all the way through the procedure. The procedure was smooth very professional and I never felt like that I had to worry which is of up most important in such a long procedure. At lunch time we had amazing food which was restaurant standard I would advise the chicken it was truly amazing. After my procedure had finished I was made to feel relaxed and ultimately safe the staff at this clinic are very attentive and cater to your ever need. The after care team where fantastic they gave me step by step instructions how to take care of my hair and how to take the antibiotics and the other pills which I can’t remember the name of and top it all off they also gave me a goody bag with lots of mini treats which was really cool. To surmise everything up this clinic in Birmingham is a stand out establishment with really attentive staff, very high standards and I would recommend it to family and friends at a drop of a hat 🎩.
