Since getting my transplant at Este Medical ive been going back for the aftercare which is red light therapy and PRF,I’ve been going to Mehrnaz for my hair aftercare and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results every time. She takes the time to listen to what I want, gives professional advice when I’m unsure.

What I really appreciate is her attention to detail she makes sure everything is done to the highest standard. On top of her skill, she’s warm, friendly, and makes every appointment a relaxing experience. The facility is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience.

Before discovering Este, I felt hopeless, stuck and anxious. My initial consultation was a turning point, and Aimiliana did an amazing job at assuring me that my condition was treatable. After addressing all my concerns, she conducted a scalp analysis before advising me on the treatment. I started my treatment the same day, and I am so glad I did.

Visiting the clinic weekly, I always felt comfortable and welcomed. From initial treatment to aftercare, there was no point where I didn’t feel like I was in safe hands. Jess and Mirza were always so quick to address any concerns which I had during the treatment, and reassured me where I had doubts. Even in regard to booking my appointments, the reception staff were always so kind and understanding.

After Consistent treatment, a lot of patience, and a lot of (really great) cappuccinos later, I am extremely satisfied with how far we have come. I am grateful to Aimiliana, Jess, and all of the staff for cultivating a safe space for me. Show less »

Este Medical Group is something I do not regret picking.

6 years ago I had a hair transplant at Harley Street in London with a clinic which I cannot name and it was a FUT procedure with very minimal information given to me and even after my transplant they didn’t tell me how many hairs they transplanted and they cut all contact from me. Needless to say it was a waste of £5k. I have been using hair fibres for a long time to boost my confidence but come January 2025 - I decided I wanted another go at my hair and was randomly googling clinics and Este Medical Group was one of the clinics that popped up. With so many reviews I couldn’t pass the opportunity for a consultation.

I had my consultation with Amiliana and she recommended that I get another hair transplant and gave me multiple options. Eventually I picked the one with Robotic DHI + PRF + Laser Hair Therapy for 6 months as a package.

After the hair transplant which was led by Dr. Malak who made me comfortable during the surgery; which I opted to do in the UK (5070 grafts!) as it was more comfortable for me to stay local instead of Turkey; the staff at Este Medical constantly took care of me. Weekly to bi-weekly messages from Emre to see how I was doing, coming in weekly to do the laser and the staff is very sweet and respectful. Mirza, AJ, who does my minoxidil + Laser hair therapy constantly looking after me and making sure I am okay; I regret not picking Este Medical in the first place a few years ago but I am glad I found them. I do apologise if I haven’t mentioned others but everyone I have met from my consolation, my surgery, my aftercare (PRF+Laser) - everyone has been amazing to me that I have met and I would recommend Este Medical to anyone! Thank you to Jan Cinkir to treating my parter to a facial treatment!

My surgery was at April 17th 2025 and as I sit here leaving the review at August 3rd 2025 I have a few more months of aftercare left but I couldn’t wait that long to leave a review as Este Medical deserves to be a top priority for people who wants to do cosmetic procedures to boost their own self confidence!
