Came in for a consultation to the Manchester clinic just to get a feel for my options as I’ve never really been to any before. The consultant Jessica was really good, felt very welcoming and trustworthy.

When spending so much money you’d like to know as much detail as possible about what is going on and she gave answers to every question asked and was very inviting with no pressure to go for this company. Walked out of there booking my first appointment the next Friday.

The appointment on Friday was really good. I had Mirza who was doing the treatment on me which was extremely professional, clean and very welcoming. He explained the treatment before we started the session and during the treatment he was walking me through exactly what he was doing which made me feel very comfortable.

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs or wants to get the hair sorted out as they are really good. Show less »

Ozan the manager is very kind and has been checking up on me to ensure my procedure went well and according to plan. He spoke to the surgery team and kept me informed of what to expect. Jessica is always hands on and has alot of knowledge when it comes to hair treatment. Mehrnaz took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never once made me feel rushed. Unlike other consultants who can sometimes feel sales-driven, it was clear that her priority was my wellbeing and achieving the best outcome for me.

My experience at Este Medical Manchester with Dr. Malak was genuinely upsetting. I can only describe what I personally experienced, but from the very beginning I felt judged rather than cared for. The interaction felt cold, with zero empathy, and at no point did I feel supported or treated with sensitivity.

What affected me the most were certain comments she made during my consultation — comments that, as I remember them, were extremely hurtful. For example, I recall her saying things like “Oh, you’re chubby because you like eating?” and “So you want to be handsome?” These remarks made me feel deeply uncomfortable and were completely inappropriate for a medical setting. They stayed with me long after the appointment.

A year and a half later, the results of the treatment were nothing like what I expected. In my case, I didn’t see improvement; instead, the whole experience left me with more insecurities than I had before. It ended up being emotionally draining and incredibly frustrating.

Honestly, the only part of the process that felt efficient was taking the payment. Everything else —from the attitude to the quality of care— fell far below what I would consider professional. Based solely on my personal experience, I would not return and I would not recommend this clinic. Show less »

Mr. Mirza handled my session and he was extremely professional, friendly, and guided me properly through every step, including the aftercare. He genuinely makes the process smooth and comfortable.

A big appreciation to Mr. Ozan as well, he is very professional, cooperative, and always available whenever I need advice, even outside working hours. His guidance throughout my hair therapy journey has been very reassuring.

The clinic itself is clean, well-organised, and the staff are always polite.

Disappointing experience — felt like a sales trap more than a medical consultation.

I visited Este Medical Group in Manchester in March for a hair transplant consultation, and honestly, I left feeling like I was being completely conned.

The technician told me they have clinics in Turkey and Birmingham and said that the UK ones are “considerably more expensive.” When I asked for figures, I was told £14,000 in the UK vs £6,000 in Turkey. I was then quoted for 6,000+ grafts, which immediately seemed excessive.

Out of curiosity, I went for a second opinion at Wimpole Clinic — widely regarded as one of the best in the UK — and they told me 2,500 grafts would be the maximum I’d need. That confirmed my suspicion that Este were just pulling numbers out of thin air to inflate the price.

The clinic itself wasn’t impressive either. It looks flashy at first glance, but up close you notice scuffed decor and general wear and tear. The first thing I saw walking in was a patient arguing with the front desk, which didn’t set a good tone.

While I know some people (including a neighbour of mine) have had positive experiences here, my own visit left me feeling pressured, over-quoted, and misled. I can’t recommend Este based on that. Definitely shop around and get other opinions from reputable clinics before parting with any money. Show less »

Since getting my transplant at Este Medical ive been going back for the aftercare which is red light therapy and PRF,I’ve been going to Mehrnaz for my hair aftercare and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results every time. She takes the time to listen to what I want, gives professional advice when I’m unsure.

What I really appreciate is her attention to detail she makes sure everything is done to the highest standard. On top of her skill, she’s warm, friendly, and makes every appointment a relaxing experience. The facility is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience.

Before discovering Este, I felt hopeless, stuck and anxious. My initial consultation was a turning point, and Aimiliana did an amazing job at assuring me that my condition was treatable. After addressing all my concerns, she conducted a scalp analysis before advising me on the treatment. I started my treatment the same day, and I am so glad I did.

Visiting the clinic weekly, I always felt comfortable and welcomed. From initial treatment to aftercare, there was no point where I didn’t feel like I was in safe hands. Jess and Mirza were always so quick to address any concerns which I had during the treatment, and reassured me where I had doubts. Even in regard to booking my appointments, the reception staff were always so kind and understanding.

After Consistent treatment, a lot of patience, and a lot of (really great) cappuccinos later, I am extremely satisfied with how far we have come. I am grateful to Aimiliana, Jess, and all of the staff for cultivating a safe space for me. Show less »

Este Medical Group is something I do not regret picking.

6 years ago I had a hair transplant at Harley Street in London with a clinic which I cannot name and it was a FUT procedure with very minimal information given to me and even after my transplant they didn’t tell me how many hairs they transplanted and they cut all contact from me. Needless to say it was a waste of £5k. I have been using hair fibres for a long time to boost my confidence but come January 2025 - I decided I wanted another go at my hair and was randomly googling clinics and Este Medical Group was one of the clinics that popped up. With so many reviews I couldn’t pass the opportunity for a consultation.

I had my consultation with Amiliana and she recommended that I get another hair transplant and gave me multiple options. Eventually I picked the one with Robotic DHI + PRF + Laser Hair Therapy for 6 months as a package.

After the hair transplant which was led by Dr. Malak who made me comfortable during the surgery; which I opted to do in the UK (5070 grafts!) as it was more comfortable for me to stay local instead of Turkey; the staff at Este Medical constantly took care of me. Weekly to bi-weekly messages from Emre to see how I was doing, coming in weekly to do the laser and the staff is very sweet and respectful. Mirza, AJ, who does my minoxidil + Laser hair therapy constantly looking after me and making sure I am okay; I regret not picking Este Medical in the first place a few years ago but I am glad I found them. I do apologise if I haven’t mentioned others but everyone I have met from my consolation, my surgery, my aftercare (PRF+Laser) - everyone has been amazing to me that I have met and I would recommend Este Medical to anyone! Thank you to Jan Cinkir to treating my parter to a facial treatment!

My surgery was at April 17th 2025 and as I sit here leaving the review at August 3rd 2025 I have a few more months of aftercare left but I couldn’t wait that long to leave a review as Este Medical deserves to be a top priority for people who wants to do cosmetic procedures to boost their own self confidence!
