I have had pre and post op care for a robotic DHI hair transplant for the past 8 months, during which all the staff have been amazing, really knowledgeable, understanding and friendly.

I've had weekly LLLT and derma roller sessions and monthly PRF treatments. I am notoriously difficult to get blood from, however both Elika and Georgia have done an amazing job, the majority of the time getting blood on the 1st try.

My results have exceeded my expectations, I was thining on my crown and receding at my hairline, I have always had thick hair growing up and for the first time in years my hair feels thick again. The transplant itself was simple. the procedure was an all day process, I slept at a hotel the night before and the evening of, after which I drove myself home with no issue (I was offered to be picked up and dropped off in wilmslow, however chose to drive myself). The support immediately following the transplant was very helpful and caring, I was contacted frequently to see how I was doing and was given clean instructions on how to care for my scalp and hair at home.

When I first came to Este Medical in Wilmslow, I was really struggling with acne and hyperpigmentation that seemed to be getting worse... I felt quite disheartened, but from the very first appointment with Este made me feel so much better. Upon hearing my concerns and checking my skin Elika my consultant, suggested I have a Cosmelan peel to help fix the issue, and I can honestly say they completely surpassed my expectations. From start to finish the entire team has been so attentive, kind and professional.

Elika was absolutely excellent... She explained every step in detail and made me feel so at ease throughout the whole process... What really stood out was how supportive, attentive and accessible she was... I could text her at anytime if I was unsure about any of the phases.. and she always replied with such patience and reassurance. That level of personal care really made a big difference.

I’m now continuing my skincare journey with Hydrafacials at Este and once again the service has been amazing. All the ladies I’ve had.. have been lovely... but Georgia deserves an extra shoutout as I must say she does an excellent job at clearing all imperfections. I was nervous about going abroad, but the Wilmslow team were amazing every step of the way. They answered all my questions, reassured me constantly, and even messaged me while I was in Turkey to check how I was doing. The whole process abroad was so smooth too—airport collection, transfers to the clinic, and everything in between was perfectly organised.

The results have honestly changed my life. My hair looks fuller, the alopecia patch has been restored, and my confidence has grown so much. I can now wake up, leave the house, and not even think about covering thinning areas or touching up my roots.
