Tania was super clear as she guided me through the procedure upfront - being transparent about the risks and what it would look and feel like.
As she delivered the injections, Tania was clearly putting so much thought into her work. She didn’t rush, she was constantly stepping back to see how they looked and again, continually talking me through what was happening. She also apologised after every single injection as she has a heart of pure gold 😂❤️
To my surprise (as I normally bruise bad), I’ve had absolutely no bruising or lumps and although it’s only been 24 hours I can already tell I love the shape!
I cannot recommend Tania enough. She’s highly professional and super lovely. I’ll definitely be returning for my future aesthetic procedures. Show less »

I have visited Essex Cosmetic twice now, and both times have been amazing. I had treatments carried out by Michaela and Charley, but all staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone is very easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease and comfortable.

I also liked that they won’t advise treatments to you that you want, but that they feel you don’t need, or will recommend other procedures to suit your face better. Their knowledge is outstanding and they take the time to explain everything to you in great detail.

Terrible customer service, i would not recommend. I turned up to my appointment 15 mins early as requested on the booking forms to find the clinic closed. No one answered the phone when i rang in both clinics. I sent 2 emails and waited outside in the cold. I then left and requested a refund. Terrible customer service, i would not recommend. I turned up to my appointment 15 mins early as requested on the booking forms to find the clinic closed. No one answered the phone when i rang in both clinics. I sent 2 emails and waited outside in the cold. I then left and requested a refund. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to give me a refund, stating that it was "my fault for being early" Disgusting way to speak to your paying clients. It clearly says on their website that traffic can be bad and if you are even 5 mins late your appointment is cancelled and i quote "it's better to be early than late" so i did what i was told. To then turn up and find the clinic closed, no signs on the door and no notification to their clients and to then get blamed for being early! DO NOT USE! Show less »
