I went to Empire Medical in Oldbury recently and honestly, I was really impressed. The place looks great really modern, super clean, and has a nice atmosphere to it. You can tell they’ve put effort into making it feel comfortable and welcoming rather than just clinical.

The staff were spot on. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. They made me feel at ease straight away, which I appreciated. It never felt rushed or awkward they actually take the time to listen and make sure you’re comfortable with everything.

What I liked most is that they genuinely seem to care about their clients. It’s not just a business vibe; you can tell they want you to have a good experience and feel good about whatever you’re coming in for. The whole place just has a positive energy to it professional, but relaxed.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about going. Great team, great setup, and you leave feeling looked after. Show less »

The clinic itself is spotless and modern, with such a welcoming atmosphere. The laser treatments were quick and surprisingly comfortable, and the results have been incredible! My skin feels so smooth, and I’ve already noticed a huge difference after just a few sessions.
