Fantastic experience with Empire Medical Clinic for my teeth whitening. A few days ago I flew in from Dubai after hearing amazing things about this clinic. Lilly was extremely helpful and attentive from the get go answering all questions and queries I had around the treatment. The clinic is very clean and a great environment to be in, even with a heated bed which was a lovely touch when I’m not used to the UK cold weather! I felt very at ease throughout the treatment, with excellent service and refreshments. Thank you so much to Lilly and her team! This is my first experience getting a treatment like this done, I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be coming back to Empire Medical Clinic for treatments again in future! Absolutely hidden Gem! This clinic is one of the best clinics I’ve been to. So modern, so clean.. the atmosphere is amazing. The staff are so welcoming! Big thank you to Lily and Cody. I went to Empire Medical in Oldbury recently and honestly, I was really impressed. The place looks great really modern, super clean, and has a nice atmosphere to it. You can tell they’ve put effort into making it feel comfortable and welcoming rather than just clinical.

The staff were spot on. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. They made me feel at ease straight away, which I appreciated. It never felt rushed or awkward they actually take the time to listen and make sure you’re comfortable with everything.

What I liked most is that they genuinely seem to care about their clients. It’s not just a business vibe; you can tell they want you to have a good experience and feel good about whatever you’re coming in for. The whole place just has a positive energy to it professional, but relaxed.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about going. Great team, great setup, and you leave feeling looked after. Show less »

The clinic itself is spotless and modern, with such a welcoming atmosphere. The laser treatments were quick and surprisingly comfortable, and the results have been incredible! My skin feels so smooth, and I’ve already noticed a huge difference after just a few sessions.

I couldn’t recommend Empire Medical Clinic enough. If you’ve been thinking about laser hair removal, this is the place to go! Show less »

This clinic is absolutely beautiful so clean and welcoming with a really calming atmosphere. The staff were amazing, friendly and professional, and they really made me feel comfortable. The treatments were fantastic, and I left feeling refreshed and well looked after. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care in a lovely setting!
