Lucy was incredible, she explained the whole process to me and really guided me through it. I can tell the treatment was going to do something amazing to my skin during the process and after I felt really calm. Skin now two weeks later looks and feels smoother and tighter, acne under control and I am glowing! The team always look after me so well, whether I'm going for a facial or microneedling. Had my 9 minute consultation with Emma about my persistent hormonal acne I’ve been battling for 7 years. Nhs has always been prescribing antibiotics which were not working so I decided to go private.
However, due to my acne not being severe enough in the day of consultation, my concerns were brushed off, and was only offered their facial service and retinol cream which I was already doing anyway.
I travelled 50 minutes just to be told she can’t help other than the facial they do in their clinic. Since dismissing my acne concerns, and not getting any help, my mental health has been continuously declining. This is the most discouraging £99 I’ve spent. Just makes me sad that people like me has to stay depressed and not get the help or at least get directed to a proper help when I paid the fees. Go somewhere else and don’t come to this place if you’re suffering with acne like me. Show less »

Consultation with Emma was thorough and she listened to my concerns providing reassurance and advice. I would highly recommend Emma and her Clinic.
