I have been to Ells 3 times now, all for lips. Now I am absolutely petrified of needles and can’t believe how patient she was with me, and still is 😂 she is soooo nice and so easy to talk to. Really eases you when you’re scared. The stressball she has is a godsend. Even my mum thinks she’s great ♥️ Can’t wait for more once lockdown is over x x
