I come to this place regularly for different treatments. The girls that do nails are so lovely and provide a really good service with amazing results that last me ages. I’ve had a lash lift and brow thread and tint with Nazarin I think her name is, which are always really good. I’ve recently had Cyropen on two skin tags on my lower lid and the lady that did... I’ve had a lash lift and brow thread and tint with Nazarin I think her name is, which are always really good. I’ve recently had Cyropen on two skin tags on my lower lid and the lady that did it was really kind and explained the procedure and booked me in for a review too, I was late to my appointment (Not like me) and they were really understanding. The environment is so relaxing and I love chatting to the girls when I have a treatment. Everywhere is really clean and smells lovely. I always look forward to booking treatments here😊 Show less »

I had my hot stone massage with Judith, and that was utterly amazing! She was so gentle but firm where needed and careful and attentive to every single detail. Thank you very much!

100% recommended. I booked with Mary, as I had some sebaceous hyperplasia on my face (enlarged pores that looked like mini donuts) and in 2 sessions she managed to get rid of them completely. I was very pleased with the results. She gave me my confidence back. I will go back to have my skin tags removed as well. The atmosphere is very calm and cosy. Just mak... Show more »

We have been going to Elley medispa for a while, today we were back for a couples deep tissue massage and manicures. Both of the massages were amazing, we couldn’t fault the ladies that treated us! Our nails look amazing too !

I paid just under £1,000 for 6 hair removal sessions at Elley MediSpa, following all instructions on sun exposure and aftercare. I attended every session on time (once every 6 weeks) and was promised each treatment would remove about 15% of hair, meaning around 90% would be gone by the end. I paid just under £1,000 for 6 hair removal sessions at Elley MediSpa, following all instructions on sun exposure and aftercare. I attended every session on time (once every 6 weeks) and was promised each treatment would remove about 15% of hair, meaning around 90% would be gone by the end.
I’m less hairy than average, so I expected the results to be even better. Yet, on the 5th session, when I raised concerns that nothing seemed working, the staff suddenly changed their story, saying results “depend on many factors.” Four months after finishing all sessions, all the hair has grown back — completely undoing the treatment.
This service is misleading, ineffective, and a total waste of money. I cannot recommend it at all. Show less »
