I have been a customer of here for years and all the ladies are lovely. I normally just have my eyebrows done but recently had a facial off Susan and would definitely recommend. I have been to salons in the past and although they say they are an hour, they rarely are but this one was and I felt lovely and relaxed after it.

Have been going to Elizabeth Mitchell for a number of years, to have my nails done. Staff are amazing and very friendly. Service is excellent and would recommend

Me and my 8 year old daughter went in today to get her ear piercing done.
All seems well until the gun jams on my daughters ear and the young girl didn't know what to do trying to unlock the gun the needle keeps going in and out of the ear she shouted the owner in, I was trying to console my daughter and told her we would go somewhere else to clam her down as didn't want this to happen to the other ear and the owner was shouting at me that she had been in business 21 years..
No compassion to an 8 year old girl .
After a few goes to release the gun between the 2 off them it releases of the ear.
The young girl was very apologetic but the owner didn't seem bothered and didn't even say sorry or goodbye
My daughter now is to scared to get her ears pierced again . Show less »

I had a pedicure and gel on my toes done by Tynishia, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I don't know why have never had a pedicure done here before! She was thorough and gentle at the same time. So lovely to speak to as well. We'll be having this done again!

Sharon is amazing at doing my hi brows me and my sis love going to this salon. It is so relaxing and a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are so welcoming especially Sharon she is so nice and we love our eyebrows they always looks so fabulous. Happy new year to all the team xx
