Megan's expertise and genuine care truly sets her apart. I had a skin consultation done and she came up with a personalised plan and skincare routine that would suit me perfectly. What impressed me most was how she took the time to really understand my needs and lifestyle.

I have recently had my Skin Pen treatment done with Megan and I couldn't ask for anyone better. She completely understands exactly what I need, makes me feel relaxed, and is open and honest with me - which I absolutely love. Her professionalism combined with her amazing personality creates the perfect treatment experience.

I have booked in for a few more Skin Pen treatments and honestly can't wait. Megan genuinely cares about you as a person from the moment you walk through the door.

Plus, my skin is looking amazing - and if that doesn't prove how good she is, then I don't know what will!

I also had a quick appointment with Terri and she was absolutely amazing! I was worried about being pressured into treatments I didn't need or having someone suggest injections everywhere, but Terri was the complete opposite. She showed me exactly what each treatment would look like and gave me honest recommendations for what I actually needed. What impressed me most was that she actually advised against other things that I wanted because I simply didn't need them. I came out feeling so much more confident than when I went in, which to me shows the mark of a truly professional and caring practitioner.

Elegance is 100% worth every penny. The salon is beautiful and the girls are welcoming and lovely. Both Megan and Terri exemplify everything you want in skincare professionals - expertise, honesty, and genuine care for their clients. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!
