I had a consultation with Karen regarding a treatment i have now booked in to have. Karen was evidently extremely knowledgeable and took her time in going into depth within regards to the treatment I was having a consultation for. I also had a concerning mole looked closely at with Kelly whilst I was there and the specialist images were sent off to a dermatologist and i got my results the next morning. During a free consultation Karen took the time to explain several suitable treatment options and let me choose which one I would like if any.
