Jelena provided a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. She was incredibly welcoming and ensured my comfort throughout the entire process. She gives very honest advice too (genuine so you dont waste your money.) Jelena is an experienced technician and demonstrated impressive expertise and a deep understanding of the procedures. She carefully explained each step, making me feel at ease and well-informed. The technology she has invested in is clearly state-of-the-art, so her customers get effective results. The environment was clean, modern, and conducive to relaxation. The overall professionalism and commitment to quality were truly commendable. After reading the previous reviews, I had my first laser session today with Elenor and she was amazing. I was very nervous, however, she made me feel so comfortable. Her consultations are extremely truthful too and she doesn’t try to push products or services. Such a lovely lady with amazing advice and really takes her time with explaining the treatment too... Literally the only clinic you need to be going in North London. Jelena is so lovely and accommodating, and always makes you feel comfortable. She's honest about what will and won't work and never tries to sell you something just for the sake of it. She also replies quickly to messages, which makes the whole process even easier.

I've struggled with body hair and the insecurities that come with it for as long as I can remember, and Jelena has helped me work through that with so much kindness and respect. I always look forward to seeing her and the conversations we have.
