Catastrophic experience.

I have been doing hydrafacials practically every month for years but it was my first time in Medispa. After the facial, I walked out with bruise and a red irritated face (that has still not settled down hours after the treatment).

1. The therapist failed to mention the bruise and redness at the time of the treatment. I noticed it later when I looked in the mirror under proper light.
2. Not a manager in sight when I later returned to confront the therapist.
3. The therapist's pathetic explanation was that I had "thin skin". None of my previous facial therapists ever managed to bruise me and none of us book a facial expecting to come out with a bruise.
4. And even assuming I have thin skin, she should presumably know what she's doing and not cause facial marks.

I’ve been seeing Dr Shah at Dr Medispa in Loughton for my Botox specifically for facial symmetry due to having Bells Palsy in the past. I have been seeing him for a year now after being recommended by a friend, and after reviewing his many videos on their social channel I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr Shah is extremely professional, friendly, and informative - he explains everything clearly and always puts me at ease. The clinic itself has a relaxed, calm atmosphere and the staff are welcoming and helpful. I’ve already recommended Dr Medispa to friends and will continue to do so.
