Had a disappointing experience with this service provider. She cancelled our first appointment last-minute claiming illness, which I understood. However, after rescheduling, she completely ghosted me - no response to calls or messages and didn't show up for the second appointment. While I'm sympathetic to health issues, this level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. Cannot recommend! Show less »

I took a chance on an ad I’d seen on Facebook, and I'm so glad i did. Karen is fabulous put me at ease and I warmed to her straight away. I wanted a boost before my holiday and her open honest approach and the fact she comes to you is amazing. I wasn't expecting miracles overnight but from my first session I could definitely notice a difference and I'm so pleased. It gave me that confidence to get back in a bikini. Karen is kind, caring, professional, honest and reliable. She explained the treatment fully without being salesy or pushy to book back in, she throughly explained the process and the aftercare and follow ups if needed and kept me accountable. Shes always on hand to give advice. She goes above and beyond. I have pictures that I am happy for her to share if anyone is considering lemon 🍋 bottle. As with everything it’s about maintaining and lifestyle choices. I don’t exercise but with the aftercare and advice and little changes I’ve made I’ve maintained the weightloss and III definitely be booking in again with her. Whilst my treatments are sporadic and I tend to book in advance (Karen is mobile but we live a way from each other but I love the fact she will travel to you) when I know I have an event or holiday coming up these sessions are a great boost to help me feel confident in myself. I’ve been going to Karen for my treatments for a few years now and every single time without fail I am always super happy with everything from start to finish. I’m always being complemented by other people with how nice I look which is such a huge confidence boost for me and she’s just the nicest person ever to deal with. So friendly and welcoming but also professional and I always come away from my treatment really pleased. I really think you can tell that she is of a real high standard of quality.
