I am writing this to warn others about my experience at this clinic. While the initial consultation may seem professional, I found the approach to be negligent in the performance and timing of the procedures.

In my experience, the clinic operated like a conveyor belt, seemingly prioritising the number of patients seen in the shortest possible time over patient safety and clinical standards. Procedures were performed with a timing gap that was inappropriate and, in my view, negligent.

Despite the high costs and the promises made, I have seen little to no improvement or the effects that were guaranteed. I would urge anyone considering a treatment here to be extremely cautious. It has been a deeply upsetting experience that has significantly impacted my well-being, and I feel there is a complete lack of accountability when results are not met or timing protocols are ignored.

The owner’s claim that I do not exist in their system is factually incorrect. I have a signed contract and bank transactions for over £2000 for procedures performed at this clinic in 2025. This dismissive public response, and the attempt to report a genuine patient to Google, perfectly illustrates the lack of accountability and professional integrity I experienced throughout my treatment.

I have simply remained anonymous on the review as significant legal proceedings have begun. Show less »

On 22.12.2025 I had an upper blepharoplasty performed by Dr Kalin Tanov, and I honestly could not be happier with my experience and results.

From my very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his care. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt fully informed and reassured. His professionalism, expertise, and calm approach immediately put me at ease.

The entire experience was positive from start to finish. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the before and after care was truly exceptional. I felt supported at every stage of the journey, and any concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoughtfully.

The results have exceeded my expectations — I look refreshed and natural, exactly what I was hoping for. I am so grateful for the skill and care shown throughout.

Anyone considering upper blepharoplasty should absolutely choose Dr Kalin Tanov. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had Morpheus8 treatment with Dr Tanov and the experience was excellent. He was very patient throughout the whole process and explained everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. Very professional and responsible. Highly recommend.

I felt at ease and very comfortable talking with Dr Tanov about my issues. He was very informative, honest and tactful about my concerns and what would be best for me. I didn’t feel rushed. I trusted his advice and would definitely recommend him to others.

Had upper blepharoplasty and eyebrow lift 7.10.25. amazing experience. Clinic excellent with very attentive staff. Dr Tanov a lovely man. He explained exactly what was going to happen and took great care with me. Has spoken to me everyday since the surgery. Would highly recommend

Dr Tanov gives an excellent service,he is kind and very knowledgeable.
I had numerous lesions removed from my back and he gave me a great price for the procedure.This is the second time I have used him and I am happy to recommend him.

Dr. Tanov is truly exceptional. Not only is he highly skilled and attentive in his treatments, but he also takes the time to explain everything clearly. His calm and patient manner makes the whole experience so comfortable and stress-free.

I was also impressed by the way Dr. Tanov interacts with medical students during training – his ability to explain procedures in such a thorough and approachable way shows his dedication to teaching as well as patient care.

Had a great experience with Dr Tanov.
Had 3 sessions of the Co2 laser for upper and lower blepharoplasty.
Seen a great improvement in the eyes, much tighter skin and brighter more open appearance.

Would recommend 😁

Absolutely fantastic results as lady of 57 years of age, it’s quite hard to get a good balance to lift the brow and open the area without the risk of the brow dropping, but fantastic results no brow drop, brow more lifted and more open around the eye area. Absolutely fantastic results as lady of 57 years of age, it’s quite hard to get a good balance to lift the brow and open the area without the risk of the brow dropping, but fantastic results no brow drop, brow more lifted and more open around the eye area.
Very professional and clinic area was pristine.
I will definitely be back for more treatments to get wedding ready, and would highly recommend
