I can’t recommend Ventura enough. As a menopausal lady who is suffering hair thinning and a lack of confidence as a result, I was anxious about attending a new hairdressers. I had a consultation where Molly took time to talk through my concerns and come up with a plan and suggestions to optimise my hair health. Molly asked lots of relevant questions in a kind and empathetic way so she could offer advice and reassurance to me to optimise hair growth and vitality.
Once a decision had been made Molly then booked me in with Tallulah and brought her over to talk through the plan.
I had my appointment with Tallulah yesterday who was just the best. She took time to explain everything she was doing. Checked all the way through my experience that I was ok and things were to my liking, I felt cared for pampered and at ease during the whole experience. The final result was more than I could have hoped for. I have fallen in love with my hair again and my confidence is boosted!!!
The salon is beautiful luxurious clean and tidy. Attention to detail throughout the environment and workforce is embedded in the ethos of this salon. I am unable to find fault in any part of my experience. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you thank you thank you all! Show less »

I've nearly always had long hair and I decided it was time for a change and asked her to cut it just above the shoulders. This was a bit of a last minute switch up and I really appreciated Chloe going with the flow and making time for a longer appointment. Chloe completely understood my vision and I've honestly never left a hairdressers apointment so happy with the outcome. I'm forever recommending Ventura to anyone who will listen and even though I've moved away from chandlers ford it's well worth the drive! Show less »

Ventura is the only hairdressers I have gone to more than a handful of times in my entire life, and I shall continue to go. I have often found salons intimidating; I found the hairdresser often didn't want to listen to me, and that I felt I was interrupting their clique of fellow hairdressers and frequent clients and visitors. Ventura is the only hairdressers I have gone to more than a handful of times in my entire life, and I shall continue to go.
I have often found salons intimidating; I found the hairdresser often didn't want to listen to me, and that I felt I was interrupting their clique of fellow hairdressers and frequent clients and visitors.
I haven't found that with Ventura. All of the staff smile or say hello as you walk in, which is lovely. They're more inclusive; with the main part of the salon, then there being an area that's more quiet, so people who are hard of hearing or who struggle with loudness, have somewhere lovely to be. They're also more understanding of physical disabilities; in previous salons, I have had people say, 'this doesn't take long' when telling me what I should do to my hair, even though I had explained I have limited mobility and that it would be painful to do the things they have suggested; Gemma, especially (as she is who cuts my hair), listens and adapts.
So, I think Ventura is a wonderful salon, with brilliant people working there. Show less »

I’m so so thrilled with my hair, she gave me guidance on how to improve the health of my hair, gave me the best cut and colour and thank you to Chloe as well who styled it beautifully!
