I had an amazing experience with nurse Kali and the team at Marlow. The location is beautiful! Kali was very kind and calm, incredibly knowledgeable and informative. I booked in for the 8 point liquid lift, however I had several areas of concern and opted to add tear trough fillers and botox. Merry Christmas to me! Kali explained everything in detail to both manage my expectations and prepare me for the procedure itself. Plenty of numbing cream was applied and honestly we talked so much, the time flew by! The procedure was simple and very effective; I'm really pleased with the outcome and it's not even been 24 hours yet, so the Botox hasn't kicked in! Exciting stuff. The words for my experience with the clinic: caring, informative, professional and effective. I booked a PDO treatment and was determined not to be persuaded to pay for anything else. The words for my experience with the clinic: caring, informative, professional and effective. I booked a PDO treatment and was determined not to be persuaded to pay for anything else. However, the Clinic Lead (sorry I never caught her name) explained why it would be beneficial to have a dermal filler along with the threads. It did not sound like a sales pitch at all, she explained it so clearly and professionally that I had no choice but to acknowledge that I would indeed have a better result with the additional treatment. Not surprisingly, she was right, I am glad I endured a bit more needle work than I’d thought I would need to. Neither the filling nor the threading was actually painful except once, but she immediately stopped and found a better place for the needle. I feel I should formulate some constructive criticism but can’t really think of anything. Maybe the reception area would do with a lick of paint… Show less »
