I was a little nervous before my polynucleotide treatment because I knew it involved multiple small injections. Honestly, the anticipation was worse than the reality. Dr Hana explained everything clearly and used numbing cream, which really helped. I could feel a few tiny pinches here and there, but nothing unbearable, more like little scratches rather than big jabs.
During the treatment, the sensation was a bit odd in some areas (especially where the skin is thinner), but it was over surprisingly quickly. Afterwards, I had some small bumps and redness where the needles went, but settled down after a few hours.
Dr Hana was amazing at this treatment and I will defiantly be going back to her for anything else I might want doing in the future. Show less »

I visited Dr Hana for the first time today, I was a bit nervous as I had been with my previous Botox doctor for over 14 years. I was welcomed into the clean and very welcoming waiting room where there was comfy seats, magazines, a cold water machine and biscuits to eat. Dr Hana was extremely professional and took her time to discuss the treatment and what result I was looking for, she explained the after care and booked me back in for a check up two weeks later, she was very gentle in applying the Botox and it didn't hurt at all.
