I had a deep cleansing facial today and it was amazing. They removed all my blackheads and even the milia above my eye — I was a bit worried about that area, but Dr Hala was great and reassured me everything would be fine. I visited your clinic for the first time yesterday, having been recommended by my family members. I want to start by saying that the consultation, the clinic, and your staff were all lovely and welcoming.I truly appreciated that part of the experience.

However, I was quite disappointed with the facial treatment I received following the consultation. I paid £90 expecting a comprehensive facial, but the treatment felt very basic. It consisted mainly of cleansing, minimal blackhead removal, and the application of sunscreen. There were no masks, no use of red or green light therapy, nor any deep skin cleaning all of which I’ve come to associate with a standard facial treatment.

Unfortunately, this did not meet my expectations, and I felt the service did not reflect the cost. As a result, I don’t see myself returning in the future.
