It was brilliant! Felt really at ease, all staff were so welcoming and friendly. Not once did I feel I should not be there. Dr Jack himself was lovely. Approachable, friendly and brilliant at diagnosing what was wrong with my skin. From the moment I had my consultation at Dr. David Jack’s clinic, I felt truly heard and understood. After years of struggling with my skin and being dismissed or offered the same generic solutions by other dermatologists, this experience has been completely different. Cat took the time to really listen to my concerns, assess my skin thoroughly, and tailor a plan that felt specific to me — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Now, a couple of sessions into my IPL treatment, I’m genuinely delighted with the results. My skin is looking clearer, more even, and healthier than it has in a long time. I’ve even received comments from others about the improvement, which has been such a boost.

I’ve also been using the Dr. Jack cleanser, which is absolutely lovely — gentle, nourishing, and exactly what my skin has needed during this healing process.

Every visit has been a pleasure. The clinic has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone I’ve encountered — from Cat, to Alina, to the rest of the team — has been kind, professional, and warm. Cat in particular is such a lovely, friendly presence. I always feel safe, cared for, and in expert hands.
