I booked an appointment and on the day I followed the directions available in Treatwell but then got lost as it had the wrong address. Then I decided to follow the instructions sent via WhatsApp which took me to a completely different place. After 20 minutes I finally got it but it was too late for the appointment so I messaged the owner and asked to be rescheduled. After 3 days I got the email saying that my appointment got cancelled and I was going the be charged full price as I didn’t show up!!!!! This is ridiculous as I didn’t cancel the appointment by myself and it wasn’t my fault the owner doesn’t have its own address but the ridiculous part is that I heard nothing from her after complaining! What kind of business is this? I will never book anything with her and will tell my friends to avoid this place , it’s a scam! I’m in shock! Show less »
