A few month ago have had an amazing laser skin polish facial with Valeria. Results - skin is glowing, smooth, and flawless. A truly premium experience. It might be painful after a treatment - it will only last for a half a day - it is worth it. Natalie

First of all, the lady lies about her medical education as she doesn’t have one and there lots of ppl who’s suffered from u injections no jokes. Valerie booked a Botox top-up for Sunday because the initial treatment did not fully work and the wrinkles remained. When I arrived at the clinic at the scheduled appointment time on Sunday, no one opened the door. I had messaged her earlier that day, but received no response. When I called her, she said she had no appointments scheduled for that day and that she was away. I was shocked.

I have never experienced such disrespect in this industry. She later claimed that my appointment was arranged for Monday, even though I have screenshots clearly showing that it was scheduled for Sunday. When she started lying, I ended the call, as I did not want to engage in such behavior. I had traveled a long distance to attend the appointment, and she showed no concern at all.

After I told her that I would not recommend her to anyone, I asked for a partial refund, as I would need to find a new practitioner. At that point, she called and messaged me repeatedly, asking me to understand that she was overwhelmed. She then offered me a Botox top-up and a free biorevitalization treatment. I agreed, as it seemed we had some mutual acquaintances and I wanted to resolve the issue amicably. Also I’ve a concern if the products are genuine and up to date

However, on the day of the rescheduled appointment, she ignored me again. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. I feel sorry for her, as she does not respect herself, let alone her clients. Show less »

All 5 stars reviews must be fake, it’s not possible. The owner is rude (to start with). I booked an appointment and on the day I followed the directions available in Treatwell but then got lost as it had the wrong address. Then I decided to follow the instructions sent via WhatsApp which took me to a completely different place. After 20 minutes I finally got it but it was too late for the appointment so I messaged the owner and asked to be rescheduled. After 3 days I got the email saying that my appointment got cancelled and I was going the be charged full price as I didn’t show up!!!!! This is ridiculous as I didn’t cancel the appointment by myself and it wasn’t my fault the owner doesn’t have its own address but the ridiculous part is that I heard nothing from her after complaining! What kind of business is this? I will never book anything with her and will tell my friends to avoid this place , it’s a scam! I’m in shock! Show less »
