I was originally booked with another clinic but decided to come here after being told they would price match Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing

When I arrived, the clinic appeared very poorly maintained didn’t look clean or hygienic at all. For a place offering IV drips this is especially concerning due to the risk of infection and contamination i will be in contact with CQC.

I was also asked to pay a deposit upon arrival which had not been mentioned beforehand I had been told the consultation was free so I refused.

During the consultation, the woman who introduced herself as the doctor with the head scarf was very difficult to understand and the price she quoted was extremely far higher than expected despite earlier assurances that they would match the price from the other clinic. When I raised this, I was told they could not match it.

I then asked if she was GMC registered, and she seemed hesitant to answer, which raised further concerns. I later checked the register myself and could not find her listed, nor the other practitioners advertised as doctors or nurses. I had also asked about her qualifications and they are from Pakistan noting wrong with this but just be transparent

When I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint, another staff member came forward, but the interaction was unprofessional she was chewing on something and had her AirPods in one ear when talking with me she did not resolve anything she couldn’t hold a conversation at all. I would not trust her to run a bath tub by herself let alone run a clinic she just told me simply to send an email and leave.

Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about cleanliness, transparency, and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to carefully check credentials and consider other, more reputable clinics. I have official put a complaint to CQC and GMC Show less »

My experience at Diamond Skin – Doctor Led Aesthetic & Laser Clinic has been deeply distressing and unacceptable. On 07.08.2025, I received a laser hair removal session that resulted in visible burns, which my GP has formally confirmed in writing as laser-induced burns.

What has devastated me even more is the clear lack of safety and care during the treatment itself. I informed the practitioner that I have a tattoo on the treated area, yet she still passed the laser directly over my tattoo. I only realised this when I felt an intense, unusual pain and had to ask her to stop and cover my tattoo—only then did she put something over it. This is a serious breach of laser safety protocols, and no professional clinic should allow this to happen.

When I immediately contacted the clinic afterward, and even visited in person with the burns, I received no medical guidance, no cream, and no aftercare. My request for a refund of the unused prepaid sessions was refused, despite the fact that I was injured by their treatment.

Only after I mentioned the possibility of legal action did the clinic call me days later to offer a cream—long after it should have been provided. This reactive response felt insincere and dismissive considering the harm caused.

What has made this experience even more emotionally exhausting is that the clinic has ignored all my formal complaint emails. I have received no acknowledgment, no explanation, and no resolution of any kind.

For context, I have had laser treatments at other clinics before and have never experienced burns or a reaction of any kind. In this session, not only were my moles left uncovered, but my tattoo was improperly lasered, which is extremely dangerous and completely avoidable. These actions raise very serious concerns about their training, safety protocols, and treatment standards.

I have attached photos of the burns immediately after the treatment, months later i have now white marks that don’t go away.

I am now escalating this through legal and consumer protection channels, including Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and other regulatory bodies. I am sharing my experience so that others can be fully informed before choosing this clinic. Show less »

I have been coming to Diamond Skin for Fraxel laser treatments to treat a scar that had been worrying me for a long time. At one point, I gave up on the process, feeling discouraged.

However, upon the advice and encouragement of the clinic manager Redhika G, I decided to return and continue my treatment with Dr. Ifra. I’m so glad I did—there’s no doubt she is good that I’ve seen significant improvement in my scar, and I finally feel hopeful about the results.

Went in for a double chin treatment. Told them I’d only do one zone for now, but the doctor kept pushing for more. Went in for a double chin treatment. Told them I’d only do one zone for now, but the doctor kept pushing for more. Photos were taken after the injections when I was swollen, not before – so there’s no proper “before and after.” I was told results would take time, but two weeks later I see no improvement.

Then comes the pricing drama: originally quoted £500 for 2 zones, then £220 for 1. I paid a £50 deposit, so expected £170 on the day — but they asked for £250 more! After pushing back, it dropped to £200 because they said they’d use a “stronger product.” Very sketchy. I even overheard another woman angry about being overcharged.

Today they called to book my second and third round of injections without even checking results. I never agreed to that. Totally unprofessional.

I won’t be going back. Be careful — get everything in writing if you risk going here. Show less »
