All the staff were super friendly. Delicious coffee. Overall a smooth experience. The dermatologist was a Russian female, I forgot her name, very professional, knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. Highly recommend this clinic. I’ll visit them again. 5 star experience

Had a video call consultation with Musa today and he was absolutely lovely. Such a nice gentleman very informative and took the time to explain everything clearly. Darina & Akku mam they did fabulous job to heal my open pores and pigmentation,so friendly and caring i feel like its not an clinic its an home for me to heal my all problems on my skin and the diamond cream thats the bestest best cream for glowing skin.

The reception I received was truly breathtaking. The environment was professional, friendly, and respectful. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed even down to being offered one of the best bottled drinking waters on the market.
The doctor’s knowledge of my skin texture and ability to identify and explain my concerns completely blew me away. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me great confidence in the care I am receiving.

Akku musa and doctor darina are truly amazing, I wish I had found out about them earlier. The treatments I am having have worked, the before and after photos are incredible. The staff are so friendly, the environment is wonderful and calm. I highly recommend this clinic, the price you pay with discounts is worth it. Visit and enjoy.

I booked a consultation and left very unsatisfied. There were flies in the waiting area and hair on the floor, I was only seen 20 minutes later than the scheduled time (despite arriving 10 minutes early) and when I was finally seen I was prompted to book a follow-up procedure immediately which I declined, thankfully a second dermatologist came in with better advice and cheaper treatment options.

What really got me was before leaving, you have to be buzzed out to exit and they would not let me leave if I didn't leave a good review (which I have since deleted), and I was hesitant at first so I was offered "free serums" which ended up being skin lightening creams... I wouldn't be writing this review had it not been for this strange extortion towards the end of my visit. Avoid at all costs if you can, go to another local clinic. Show less »

Musa was so helpful and providing quick information and knowledge of all the treatments available at the clinic very sweet lovely gentleman. The clinic is very nice and modern will be returning again was in a hurry that day to caught my bus will be back.
