Beckie is incredibly professional and friendly, she took the time to talk to me in detail about what I was having done and was able to thoroughly answer any questions I had. Beckie listened to what I wanted and ensured that my finished look reflected that.
I felt so safe in her hands as she did the relevant safety checks at each stage and didn't rush, taking each bit step by step.
