I have been coming along with Mansiba and she has been working with Agnes and since I attended here I have seen great improvement in my smile. I haven’t had that much confident in myself but now I am so so super excited of how my teeth look and that the staff here has been very excellent you know easy to get along with friendly. The appointment started late by 20 mins. When I asked the reception staff after 10 mins of waiting after appointment time they said it was going to be another 5 mins as the hygienist was running over. The appointment started late by 20 mins. When I asked the reception staff after 10 mins of waiting after appointment time they said it was going to be another 5 mins as the hygienist was running over. When I sat back down on the seats right next to the reception desk, there was a dental nurse at the reception exchanging looks with the receptionist.
I assume that was aimed at me.
Even if it wasn’t it is unprofessional and doesn’t give off the best impression to the patient.
I’m a private patient that came early, paid my deposit and if I had been late I would have lost that deposit and refused to be seen. I don’t see why it should be any different the other way around.
Give the hygienist more time for appointments, then they wouldn’t run late.
Once I did get in, there were people not part of my treatment coming in and out of the clinic room - unprofessional and breaches privacy and potentially confidentiality. One person who came in was a receptionist clarifying how much money to take from the patient before with details of their treatment being shared.
So unprofessional and breaches that patients confidentiality.

Despite that, Lucinda was great.
Had a great manner, very helpful on improving my dental hygiene routine and correcting some
Of the mistakes I had been making such as
Flossing technique, helpful

I was a bit nervous. but they gave me a cup of tea and calm me down and reassured me. I would be okay I was then greeted by nice young man who was the dentist he sat me down in his chair reassured me very friendly. with in minutes he filled my teeth I was out of the chair and on my way home what fantastic team I wood highly recommend them to king Charles. I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff. Show less »

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff were so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. The doctor was fantastic with my kids—very gentle, patient, and made them feel completely comfortable. Dental beauty Romford is truly the best dentist I’ve been to. The receptionist have been consistently nice and polite, they have always squeezed me in when I’ve needed an emergency appointment. My dentist was phenomenal, dr Jaspreet Singh. He’s so understanding and patient with me. He knew how anxious I was at the start and has done my treatment at my pace.... Show more »

My dentist was phenomenal, dr Jaspreet Singh. He’s so understanding and patient with me. He knew how anxious I was at the start and has done my treatment at my pace. He has even missed lunch to try and give me appointments. I would highly recommend this surgery! Show less »
