At my first appointment, I waited 45 minutes before receiving the check. At my second appointment, I arrived 10 minutes late because Google Maps showed two different addresses for the clinic and directed me to the wrong one. At my second appointment, I arrived 10 minutes late because Google Maps showed two different addresses for the clinic and directed me to the wrong one. I explained the situation, but they refused to provide any services, even though the booking included two services.

I had already paid a £50 deposit, and they told me the deposit would be kept for my next appointment, so I booked another one.
However, when the next appointment was approaching, they called me and asked me to pay another £50 deposit again. They forgot about their oral commitment and said that no record could be found regarding this promise. This was completely unfair and they did not honor their commitment, so I decided to switch to another provider. Show less »

I had very bad tooth ache yesterday evening. I called Benfleet Dental Clinic this morning at 9am and managed to get an emergency appointment for this afternoon. Met up with Dan for the assessment consultation. Xrays taken and I received treatment to remedy my condition and situation. The consultation was caring and accurate to relieve my pain. Ben is a wonderful dentist! He always takes time to explain and clarify problems that you may be having and how to rectify them, you never ever feel you’re being rushed out at all. Such a kind and friendly man too!

Went to have a procedure today after 20+ years of not being with a dentist, reception staff were so friendly and Shoba and her assistant were amazing, Shoba made me feel so at ease during the whole procedure, very talented and great with anxious patients like myself, highly recommend if you need a dental practice!

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, the dentist and his assistant were very comforting, explained everything that they were doing and gave great advice. The student hygienists were extremely professional and funny, they really made my son feel relaxed and let him know everything they were doing. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

Dr. Nabil himself was exceptional. He was attentive, thorough, and clearly committed to providing high-quality care. He took the time to explain each step of the treatment i will be receiving, ensuring I felt informed and confident throughout.

Overall, my experience at the clinic was excellent. The combination of professional expertise and genuine hospitality made for a very positive visit.

Great experience at dental beauty clinic yesterday. Walked into reception to a warm welcome from Paula and Anna who was really helpful with my forms. Saw Ben who was so reassuring and talked me through everything. The nurse Emma was so helpful as well with my daughter while I had X-rays! Great team!

This is an excellent dentist. Lots of patience with my anxiety and make me feel at ease. I can have someone in the room with me, should I need to, but they have helped me to feel ok about going in alone on my last few appointments. Parking in front of building, and behind.
