I honestly can’t recommend Rania enough. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Rania is so gentle, caring, and incredibly attentive to detail, she really takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect.

She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and checked in with me throughout. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients, not just the results but how you feel during and after the treatment. I really loved my experience at the Defined Clinic, Rania was really lovely and sweet and she took her time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process. Rania is definitely one of the best out there. I wanted lip filler for so long but was always too scared to have it until I took the plunge and booked in. I have never looked back and would only ever go to her now. She makes you feel so comfortable and is genuinely one of the most loveliest people!
