My wife & I have recently joined this dentist, From the first consultation , where we had a check up and everything explaned to us about what we needed to have done to, to the very helpful reception , we knew we had found the right dentist. I have never been great at the dentist , but Cameron our new dentist really put me at ease, even playing some music i liked while having a tooth taken out. We both have few things to have done over the next few months , but are feeling more relaxed now we have found Dawley Dental Practise.

Superb dentist; really friendly staff especially the receptionist, you are always greeted with a smile. Dental staff are excellent too, really knowledgeable and explain everything so well. Been taking my kids for years, and although our youngest was apprehensive in her early years, the staff never got frustrated and made every attempt to make the experience... Show more »

Dental staff are excellent too, really knowledgeable and explain everything so well. Been taking my kids for years, and although our youngest was apprehensive in her early years, the staff never got frustrated and made every attempt to make the experience fun, when checking her teeth. Now, she has every confidence in her dentist and always wants to go first.
The actual dentistry has had a refurb the past couple of years and is really clean and fresh, just a lovely calm environment to be in.

I also had a tooth extracted recently, and he made me feel completely at ease - the whole procedure was smooth and painless. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist! As a new patient to the practice, I've been very impressed with excellent service recieved so far. I've needed urgent treatment 3 times in the past few weeks and each time they managed to squeeze me in at short notice. I've been with them for a number of years and find everyone is very supportive, extremely helpful and really do have my best interests at heart. My hygienist, Emily, does a completely thorough job (without making my mouth sore). My dentist, Peter, keeps me well on track with regular check-ups, and the team on reception make sure I schedule regular appointments, sending helpful reminders as each appointment approaches. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Jane was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful — she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Ellie the dental nurse was equally professional and reassuring, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout.
