This was my first visit to the clinic and I was delighted by the over-all service. In addition to the polite, friendly and efficient team, lovely facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Discovered the practice a couple of years ago when I lost my NHS dentist. This was a great move for me! had an implant and regular check ups and the service is absolutely amazing. The courtesy car park is an added bonus too in Royal Wootton Bassett. OK it costs more than the NHS but well worth the cost for the great professional service. Keep up the good wor... Show more »

I had a really lovely experience during a not so lovely treatment first thing this morning.

The lady on reception was warm, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable which filled me with confidence and reduced my anxiety.

Everyone I interacted with today listened without interruption, which made me feel respected.

The dental nurse was a particular highlight for me - she interacted with me at the right moments, she was quick to follow the dentist's instructions and communication between the pair of them was calm and flowed. I don't know if this is her own personal touch, or something the dental nurse has picked up through experience and training, but I found it helpful when she was tapping my shoulder to distract me when the anaesthetic was being administered, I've never had that before.

I am quite an anxious person in general, an overthinker, so all of these encounters really helped me to relax and feel at ease in the chair.

I have been with this dental clinic for several years now. Aikusa took over a few years ago and it took me a while to build trust in her, but every procedure I have had with her over the years now has been thorough. I have felt well looked after in her hands, and well informed.

Amazing dentist, I had a root canal on my front tooth and it went very well. Two years on it's still going strong. The dentist was very calming and confident. I'd highly recommend this dental clinic, I'm sad to change dentists after moving away from the area

I highly recommend Dr. Aikusa. She did my scaling and polishing. I have been to many dentist but she is first dentist I have ever met who did my scaling without any pain in my gums. She took care of everything which made me feel relaxed.

Their kindness is only matched by the exceptional skill of the dentists. My treatment was efficient but incredibly gentile. Their kindness is only matched by the exceptional skill of the dentists. My treatment was efficient but incredibly gentile. My nerves about needles were understood which ment they knew how to ease my anxiety.

I recently had to obtain an emergency appointment with a dentist, i phoned 111 and went through all the procedures and phone numbers they gave me, but could not get in anywhere. my friend told me to try Cottage dental practise in Wootton Bassett , They managed to give me an appointment for 4.0pm that day. when i arrived everyone was very polite and sympathet...
