I was very happy with my semi perm eyebrows that i had done with Vanessa. I found her very professional when i met her, we had a consultation and skin test first and I walked away feeling that she was thoughtful and i trusted her. She genuinely cares about your goal, and she will advise to the best of her knowledge. I found Vanessa very friendly and i felt like i knew her for years because she makes you feel very relaxed, she knows that it's a daunting process for people as it's your face that she is working on. Her aftercare was also brilliant, she will answer any queries or concerns. I highly recommend Vanessa.
