Vanessa was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and double checked to make sure I'd be happy with the result. She took as much time as needed and was very gentle and thorough. I felt no pain, as she used the numbing cream and was very careful. She was very understanding of the fact that I wanted my eyeliner to look natural and soft, and so created a perfect thin yet enhancing lash line. She gave me an after-care kit and explained what I needed to do at home. She supported me over the phone if I had any questions. I was very happy with my semi perm eyebrows that i had done with Vanessa. I found her very professional when i met her, we had a consultation and skin test first and I walked away feeling that she was thoughtful and i trusted her. She genuinely cares about your goal, and she will advise to the best of her knowledge. I found Vanessa very friendly and i felt like i knew her for years because she makes you feel very relaxed, she knows that it's a daunting process for people as it's your face that she is working on. Her aftercare was also brilliant, she will answer any queries or concerns. I highly recommend Vanessa.

The location is also great, right next to a carpark, she is located about a tanning shop but that is also run by a very friendly lady. a great experience all round. Show less »
