I got my breast augmentation surgery back in May 2024 and had the best experience!

I first joined the Facebook page and it was so reassuring seeing everyone’s reviews and experiences! Any questions asked on the page were answered promptly by group members, nurses or Gill. Any post I had put in was approved so quickly and I was able to get answers and reassurances from other people as well as the team.

After my research, I decided to go with Dr Neil Cahoon. My consultation with him was great, he asked what my expectations were then walked me through the different options I had. Telling me about the different types of implants and methods of placement (over muscle, under muscle etc). I felt really comfortable with him and on top of this another woman was in the room when I was being examined which I’m so glad I didn’t even have to ask for. The whole experience was great.

There was then a cooling off period and I then booked and paid for my surgery! I also got 3d scans (that looked a little weird 😂) but it was great to visualise what this would potentially look like in regards to size! This was all very straightforward.

The surgery was in Livingstone. On the day, I was dropped off by my mum + dad who were told they were welcome to wait in the waiting area with me. Everyone was so nice and any nerves I had for the surgery were calmed. Although there was a little bit of a wait time whilst they prepared for the surgery, each member of staff that I came across was so nice.

When in the surgical room, there were a few nurses and an anaesthesiologist who all were so nice and distracted me whilst the cannula was inserted in my hand. They reassured me it was all going to go well and then I was put to sleep!

All the aftercare was 10/10. I was sat up in a bed with a wee curtain around it for privacy. The nurses were fab and brought me toast and told me everything went well! All my medication was explained to me and I was helped to the door to my mum and dad. The next day I also received a phone call from the nurse who answered all of my questions as well as multiple phone calls in the weeks following. There’s also a 6 month check up and a 1 year check up.

The recovery was so straightforward for myself and a year + a half on I’m so happy I made the decision to go with Cosmedicare! Just the best experience and I would recommend going here to anyone who’s considering getting breast augmentation. X Show less »

I can’t thank Cosmedicare enough for their commitment to patient care and customer service. I’ve been under the care of Nurse Amy with my weightloss treatment and have had outstanding results. I feel cared for and supported whilst using the medication prescribed - and the results are speaking for themselves, I’ve lost 3 stone in body fat in 5 months. For full transparency, I have had an issue with delivery of my medication on my most recent prescription, but the team went above and beyond by making sure that I got my delivery in time for a trip I’m going on. Gill the owner of Cosmedicare had someone do a 7 hour round trip to make sure that I had what I needed and that I felt looked after as a client of Cosmedicare. This level of service is invaluable and is head and shoulders above any online pharmacy who provide a similar service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use the clinic for any treatment in the future, they’re independent, they care about their patients and are passionate about what they do.

Every single member of staff – from the nurses to the doctors – made me feel so welcomed, calm, and reassured throughout the entire journey. Their care and professionalism were second to none, and I genuinely felt supported every step of the way.

I had an implant removal, uplift, and replacement with the incredibly talented Mr. Cameron Raine, and I truly can’t put into words how thrilled I am with the results. He is an absolute perfectionist – the outcome is better than I could have ever imagined. His attention to detail, skill, and understanding of what I wanted were outstanding.

I wrote a review in August 2024 giving my experience of Cosmedicare since I had a tummy tuck in May 2023 and the results were not good.

Since that time I wanted to update what happened next. The company called me the very next day and I shared what I felt had gone wrong. They invited me to a review with Dr Widdowson which was scheduled for the next mutually convenient date.

We discussed the scar revision and they assured me that I did not have to pay for anything. I just had the procedure on 12th March, which again was a mutual agreed date. I feel now that they have done everything to rectify the results of the initial surgery and I am completely satisfied with the service on this ocassion.

The staff treated me with the utmost respect and care throughout and I want to give credit where credit is due. I appreciate the time and effort which has gone into ensuring I got the result I wanted. Thank you. Show less »

Went for otoplasty June 2021 with Dr Will Anderson , was very much looking forward to see the end result however was a complete failure my ears didn’t look any different to what I had previous , had my aftercare appointment soon after with him “ to be told there’s nothing we can do or offer going forward “ which to me was upsetting !! I understand these operations dont have the desired look a patient expects at the end but mine was literally zero no difference at all !

Wouldn’t recommend cosmedicare for this procedure , do your research and browse about for a surgeon that is a specialist in otoplasty - I sure didn’t at first !! Was very much money wasted in my case !!

And btw this procedure has now been re-done from a different surgeon which I am more than satisfied with !!

Be sure you have made the correct decision if you are considering going with cosmedicare !

I first met with the team at Cosmedicare early 2021, from the very first appointment I felt completely at ease. I have since had 3 surgeries. All the staff are so welcoming, the atmospheres is so relaxed and friendly, you feel like you know the staff personally. I have complete trust in the Cosmedicare team so much so that I recommended them to my daughter and I knew she would be in safe hands. The owner Gill is so hands on, even answering calls while she is abroad. I could not recommend Cosmedicare enough, 5 stars from me.
