Really well equipped gym with all the latest high tech cardio machines. Everywhere was really clean with friendly staff on the desk. Good size free weight rooms and boxing area.

The club has a great atmosphere.. always clean and very helpful and cheerful staff!

The team do a great job instructing and encouraging me to do better, the motivation board in the cardio room is a great touch.

I was so nervous to go the gym but Jess made me feel comfortable I felt so welcomed I like that it’s a smaller gym means it’s not as busy which suits me I joined as a member today after being able to do a free trial which was great everyone was very lovely

Staff and facilities generally great. Nice bunch of trainers.
However having paid for access to the pool at all times it seems that at least a few hours every day its closed for childrens swim lessons and lately at least once a week the pool is closed all day because one of the kids has had "an incident" in the water.
This wasn't mentioned when we signed up.

Weights room in the gym is small, but well equipped. When busy it can be easy to get in the way of others. Beyond that, a great health club with friendly staff
