Communication at all times was excellent - even when I was not in a recruitment process through them they took the time to check in with me. Their level of kindness and support to their candidates really stood out in what can be quite a difficult time. After seeing a post on LinkedIn at the end of September, I sent my CV across to Aldrich and Co. Emily called me back directly. We had a detailed conversation about my career history and my future career plans. This culminated in me securing a job that I started last week and so far, am loving. The whole team were kept in the loop about the entire process - all so friendly and engaging. I really cannot recommend them enough. My existing employer was also very impressed.
