I attended Contour Couture for lip filler over several years and trusted the clinic to guide me appropriately. Unfortunately, after a recent consultation with another practitioner, I was advised that my lips had been significantly overfilled. This included loss of definition in my cupid’s bow when smiling, wrinkling around the lip area, and concerns significant enough that the filler was dissolved.
While aesthetics are subjective, I expected stronger professional judgment and guidance over time rather than repeated filler being administered without reassessing whether it was still appropriate. As a client, you rely on practitioners to advise when enough is enough, not simply proceed because treatment is requested.
I raised my concerns directly with the clinic, but they declined to take responsibility or offer any goodwill resolution, despite the corrective treatment I required elsewhere.
Overall, I’m disappointed by the outcome and by how this was handled. I would encourage anyone considering treatment — particularly younger clients — to ensure they receive clear, proactive clinical guidance and not just the treatment they ask for. Show less »

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here: Jordan is so professional and kind! Consultation process was great and when I arrived she not only helped me through my first appointment nerves, but was so gentle throughout the process. Such a lovely vibe all around and a beautiful result; I am obsessed with how my lips turned out - hardly any bruising!

I was so nervous about getting lip filler for the first time but Mimi and her team were so so lovely and friendly. From the moment I walked in, I was at ease. I’ve always been so insecure of my lips and Mimi did such an amazing job, I went for 0.5ml as I wanted a natural look. She completely understood and was so gentle I even had little to no bruising! I will definitely be coming back for a top up. I can’t recommend them enough, so professional and it’s so obvious how much they care about their clients and the pride they have in their work. Today I had my first treatment with Contour Couture I can’t recommend this salon enough!! Such a friendly and welcoming group of girls that made me feel so comfortable.
