I have recently undergone a very successful Invisalign programme and also 2 implants with Alex at Confident Smile - which has greatly improved my oral health and smile. The implant procedure went really smoothly and it is like having your own teeth but better, Alex really cares about you as an individual and cares about the improvements and outcomes. Update: I have now completed my treatment. I was able to walk in and feel quite calm, but the team are very patient and kind. I had my crown and inlay fitted. I had nothing to worry about. Previous review for my first appointment. I was very pleased with my experience yesterday. I chose to have sedation due to experiencing anxiety at my previous dentist. The... Show more »

I was very pleased with my experience yesterday. I chose to have sedation due to experiencing anxiety at my previous dentist. The atmosphere was very calm and caring, and the procedure was fully explained to me. My blood pressure, and heart rate was constantly monitored. I didn't feel anything at my visit and had no anxiety. I was quite sleepy for the rest of the day but have no pain after the dental procedure. I would recommend this for anyone with fear or anxiety.
